Return Policy

Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order or your item has gone bad, please contact us immediately at boardinabag@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement shipment.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and help resolve it quickly.

Perishable Items

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds if the product was not received or refrigerated immediately after delivery. If spoilage or damage was due to our error, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
