1. State‑Only Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the state of Colorado. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand in the future.

2. Processing & Handling

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing tracking information.

3. Perishable Products & Temperature-Sensitive Shipping
We ship perishable goods with insulated cold packaging to preserve freshness during transit. We strongly recommend being available to receive and refrigerate the order immediately upon delivery. Unattended deliveries or delayed refrigeration may risk spoilage.

4. No Weekend or Holiday Shipping
To minimize time in transit and ensure product quality, we do not ship on weekends or U.S. public holidays. Orders are dispatched only on business days.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Delays or spoilage caused by incorrect or incomplete address details are the customer’s responsibility.
